I am a retired litigator and Associate Judge and during my career I observed many real estate agents and would not recommend any of them until I dealt with Kayvan. I first met him when he made a cold call at our home in Lawrence Park. The next year we listed with him when downsizing at a few thousand over market. He assisted us in determine the price by providing sales figures for homes in our area. At the same time he searched out a new two bedroom condo for us which met all our needs.
